Four times a year we have time in music class for students to perform for each other.  This is like a mini class recital held during the children's regularly scheduled music time.

Class Concerts are completely optional and are specifically designed to encourage children who take private music lessons to willingly and even--dare I say--cheerfully practice their instrument at home.

Students who do not take private lessons are welcome to prepare something at home as well.  Children can sing a song learned at home or church or play an instrument.  Pianists only need to bring their music. Musical Instruments can be dropped off at my classroom on the stage for safe keeping the morning of their Class Concert.
